Nail printer Wi-Fi setup
The V11 is app-controlled. The X12.5 has the screen on the machine. Both get blamed for "Wi-Fi problems" that are guest-network isolation.
Setup that actually works
- Same LAN as the phone or tablet — not the client guest SSID that blocks device-to-device traffic.
- 2.4 GHz is the usual safe band in old salons. Fancy mesh is fine if isolation is off.
- If the app sees the printer and then dies, it is usually captive portal or a VLAN, not a broken head.
You do not need the public internet to finish a print once the design is on the device. You do need a network that lets the phone talk to the printer. Longer: O'2Nails app and setup requirements.
V11 $2,999 CAD (4 × $749.75). X12.5 $5,999 CAD (4 × $1,499.75). 90-day risk-free trial. Shipping $99. At your door in about a week (North America).
