How to use the O'2Nails app

The V11 is app-controlled on iOS and Android. The X12.5 has the computer on the chassis — staff tap the 10.1" screen. Both talk to the O'2Nails design library. Both let you bring your own image.

What the app is for

  • Pick or import a design.
  • Fit it to the nail the camera saw.
  • Nudge when the client has an unusual shape. Auto-detect is a start, not a religion.

What the app is not

It is not Instagram. It is not your booking system. It is not a place to store client cards. Keep those where you already keep them.

If the phone will not see the printer, it is almost always Wi-Fi isolation ("AP isolation" / guest network) or a VPN. Put both devices on the same normal LAN and try again before you assume the machine is dead.
