services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated
shopping experience (the "Services"). NailPrinter.ca is powered
by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. This
Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose your
personal information when you visit, use, or make a purchase or
other transaction using the Services or otherwise communicate with
us. If there is a conflict between our Terms of Service and this
Privacy Policy, this Privacy Policy controls with respect to the

SMS / Mobile Information — No Sharing With Third Parties
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates
for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to
subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is
permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging
originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be
shared with any third parties.
Mobile opt-in records are used solely by NailPrinter.ca and its
operational service providers (Twilio and GoHighLevel, acting on
our behalf) to deliver the SMS messages you opted in to receive.
We do not sell, rent, or license mobile numbers or SMS consent to
advertisers, data brokers, or any third party.
You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message
we send you, or by emailing hello@nailprinter.ca with the subject
"Unsubscribe SMS".

With Shopify, vendors and other third parties who perform services
on our behalf (e.g. IT management, payment processing, data
analytics, customer support, cloud storage, fulfillment and
shipping). For SMS, this includes Twilio (carrier delivery) and
GoHighLevel (workflow orchestration and consent records).
With business and marketing partners to provide marketing services
and advertise to you. Our business and marketing partners will use
your information in accordance with their own privacy notices.
Mobile / SMS data and consent are excluded from any sharing with
marketing partners or affiliates.
When you direct, request us, or otherwise consent to our disclosure
of certain information, such as to ship you products or through
your use of social media widgets or login integrations.
With our affiliates or otherwise within our corporate group.
In connection with a business transaction such as a merger or
bankruptcy, to comply with any applicable legal obligations, to
enforce any applicable terms of service or policies, and to protect
or defend the Services.
Relationship with Shopify
The Services are hosted by Shopify. Information you submit to the
Services will be transmitted to and shared with Shopify and its
third-party service providers, which may be located in countries

opt-in records are retained for as long as you remain subscribed
plus a reasonable record-keeping period after opt-out to

deletion, correction, portability, and opt-out of sale/sharing for
targeted advertising. For SMS, reply STOP at any time to opt out
of all marketing/informational text messages, or email

International Transfers
We may transfer, store and process your personal information
outside the country you live in. For transfers from the European
Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on recognized
transfer mechanisms such as the European Commission's Standard
