Shipping Policy

We ship NailPrinter orders quickly, securely, and with full tracking โ€” so you know exactly where your printer is from the moment it leaves our warehouse.

Free Shipping Every NailPrinter order ships free within Canada and the continental United States. No minimums, no surprises at checkout.

Order Processing Orders are processed and dispatched within 1โ€“2 business days (Mondayโ€“Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Canada: 3โ€“7 business days after dispatch
  • Continental US: 4โ€“8 business days after dispatch
  • Alaska, Hawaii & US Territories: 7โ€“14 business days after dispatch
  • International: 10โ€“21 business days after dispatch (where available)

These are estimates provided by our carriers. We can't guarantee exact delivery dates, as transit times depend on the carrier, weather, and customs clearance.

Tracking Every order includes full tracking. If you haven't received your tracking email within 2 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or email us at hello@nailprinter.ca.

Shipping Address Accuracy Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're unable to reroute packages once they've shipped, and we can't refund or replace orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, we'll reach out to arrange reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply).

Lost or Stolen Packages If tracking shows your package as delivered but you can't locate it, please:

  1. Check with neighbours and household members
  2. Look for a carrier delivery notice
  3. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
  4. Email us at hello@nailprinter.ca within 7 days of the marked delivery date

We'll work with the carrier to investigate and, where appropriate, send a replacement. We can't be responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the correct address.

Damaged in Transit If your NailPrinter arrives damaged, take photos of the packaging and the printer, then email us at hello@nailprinter.ca within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement at no cost.

International Orders We ship to select international destinations. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. These are not included in the order total and are collected by the carrier upon delivery.

Carrier Delays & Force Majeure Once a package is in the hands of the carrier, delivery is outside of our direct control. We're not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
