1. What's covered

  • The O'2Nails V11 ($2,999 CAD line item).
  • The O'2Nails X12.5 ($5,999 CAD line item).
  • Both purchased outright in Canada or the USA on nailprinter.ca.

2. What's not covered

  • Consumables (cartridges, gel system, practice tips) — those are yours to keep.
  • Rent-to-own plans — those have their own cancel-anytime structure (see the RTO page).
  • Machines damaged beyond ordinary salon wear (drops, liquid intrusion, third-party ink, attempted teardowns).
  • Tax, $99 shipping fee, financing fees — refundable amount is the printer line item only.

3. How to claim

  1. Email hello@nailprinter.ca with the subject line “30-day trial return” before day 31 from delivery.
  2. Include your order number and a one-line note on why it didn't work out (so we can keep improving).
  3. We send a courier pickup label (free) and a 5-question return form within 1 business day.
  4. Pack the printer in its original box or equivalent protective packaging. Hand it to the courier.
  5. Once we receive and confirm the printer is in working condition, we refund the full printer line-item price within 5 business days.

4. Why we offer this

Buying a $2,999–$5,999 piece of salon equipment from a website you've never used before is a leap of faith. We don't think you should have to take it. If the V11 or X12.5 doesn't add real, measurable revenue to your salon inside 30 days, you shouldn't have to keep paying for it.

We're confident enough in the math — most salons recover the monthly Affirm payment with ~10 printed sets at $30 each — that we'll put our money where our mouth is.

5. Stacks with other guarantees

This 30-day trial is in addition to:

  • The manufacturer's printer warranty (1 year V11, extended on X12.5).
  • The 90-day cartridge / accessory warranty.
  • The optional 90-day Salon Buy-Back Guarantee (double-or-refund) for eligible licensed salons.

You can use the 30-day trial without affecting any of those.

6. Limit of liability

Maximum refund under this trial is the printer line-item price you paid. We're not liable for lost revenue, lost staff time, or consequential damages.

7. Disputes

If we disagree on anything, we'll get on a 15-minute call first. If that doesn't resolve it, the dispute is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
