45-Day Salon Risk-Free Trial

Eligible V11 and X12.5 printers purchased outright from NailPrinter.ca may be tried in a real salon for 45 days from delivery. If the printer is not the right fit, request a return before day 46.

Plain-language promise: For an eligible return, we provide a prepaid pickup label for Canada or the United States and refund the printer product line item after the machine is received and confirmed to be in working condition. You may keep the included Startup Package and opened consumables.

1. Eligibility

  • The purchase must be an O'2Nails V11 or X12.5 bought outright on NailPrinter.ca.
  • The delivery address must be in Canada or the United States.
  • The return request must be emailed before day 46 from the carrier-recorded delivery date.
  • The printer must be returned in working condition with its original power supply and machine accessories.

2. What the refund covers

  • The printer product line item actually paid, returned to the original payment method.
  • A prepaid courier pickup label for an eligible return from Canada or the United States.

3. What is not covered

  • Opened or used consumables, including cartridges, gels, coatings, and practice tips. These items do not need to be returned and are not refunded separately.
  • Rent-to-own plans. Those purchases are governed by their separate four-payment agreement and are not cancel-anytime plans.
  • Original shipping charges, taxes, or third-party financing charges, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
  • Damage beyond ordinary salon use, including drops, liquid intrusion, unauthorized disassembly, or third-party ink.

4. How to request a return

  1. Email hello@nailprinter.ca with the subject “45-day trial return” before day 46.
  2. Include the order number and a short note about why the printer was not the right fit.
  3. We will send the return instructions and prepaid pickup label within one business day.
  4. Pack the printer in its original box or equivalent protective packaging and give it to the courier.
  5. After receipt and a working-condition check, we process the eligible refund within five business days. Your bank may take additional time to post it.

5. Other warranties and promotions

This trial is separate from the manufacturer warranty and any other written promotion. Each program has its own eligibility and terms. A customer cannot receive more than the amount paid for the same printer.

6. Limit of liability

The maximum refund under this trial is the eligible printer product line item actually paid. NailPrinter.ca is not responsible for lost revenue, lost staff time, or other indirect or consequential losses.

7. Disputes and questions

If a disagreement occurs, we will first try to resolve it in a short call. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.
