What to Ask a Nail Printer Vendor Before You Wire Anyone

Updated 2026-08-25 · Only official O'2Nails distributor for Canada and the USA.

Short answerIf they cannot name SM10 and a 90-day trial, you are buying a listing.

What to ask a nail printer vendor

Ask who stocks parts in North America. Ask what the cartridge SKU is. Ask what happens on day 91. If the answers are a logo and a tracking number, keep walking.

  1. Who is the official O'2Nails distributor here? (It is this store.)
  2. What is the live price — V11 $2,999 CAD, X12.5 $5,999 CAD?
  3. Trial length? Ours is 90 days.
  4. Cartridge family? SM10.
  5. Who answers the phone when the app will not see the printer?
