How do I arrange my included live training?

Email hello@nailprinter.ca, or text or call +1 506-436-7731, and ask to arrange your included training.

  1. Tell us your name and whether you have a V11 or X12.5. Include your order number if you have it handy.
  2. Share your time zone, preferred times and what you would like help with.
  3. Our team will coordinate the live session with you. Have your machine and supplies available for practical setup help.

What does the training cover?

  • Machine setup: getting familiar with your model, its controls and the steps before your first print.
  • The printing workflow: preparing for a print, selecting a design, positioning and practice prints.
  • Routine maintenance: cartridge handling, storage, cleaning and recognizing when to ask for troubleshooting help.
