1. About These Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the
NailPrinter.ca website, products, and services. NailPrinter.ca
is operated by Tim Peters as a sole proprietorship in Ontario,
Canada (160 Saint George St, Toronto, ON, M5S 2E9, Canada).
By accessing or using NailPrinter.ca, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to make a purchase or
use our Services. You must be 18 years of age or older to
use this SMS service. Business customers represent that they are authorized to bind their organization to these Terms.
3. Products and Pricing
NailPrinter.ca is the official North-American distributor of O'2Nails nail printers and related supplies. Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise noted. We reserve
the right to change pricing and availability at any time.
4. Orders, Shipping, and Returns
Order, shipping, and return processes are described on product
pages and in confirmation emails. Refund and exchange terms are
governed by our refund policy. Warranty terms vary by product
and are described on the relevant product page.
5. Communications and SMS Messaging
You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service
By providing a phone number via any NailPrinter.ca opt-in
form, you may consent to receive SMS messages from
NailPrinter.ca. All SMS consent is opt-in only and managed
separately for marketing and non-marketing messages.
Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just
text STOP to any message we send you. After you send the
SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to
confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you
will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want
to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and
we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
Support: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging
program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more
assistance, or you can get help directly at

Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or
undelivered messages.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your
inquiry and activity. You may receive up to 10 messages
per month. Message and data rates may apply for any messages
sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any
questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to
contact your wireless provider.

6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting
to disrupt the site, scraping content without permission, or
using NailPrinter.ca content in ways that infringe our rights
or the rights of others.
7. Intellectual Property
All site content (text, images, design) is owned by
NailPrinter.ca or its licensors. O'2Nails product names, logos,
and design rights belong to O'2Nails and are used under
distributor authorization.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without
warranties of any kind, except as required by applicable
consumer-protection law. To the extent permitted by law,
NailPrinter.ca's liability is limited to the amount you paid
for the product giving rise to the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario,
Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes
will be resolved in the courts of Ontario, except where
applicable consumer-protection law grants you the right to bring
a dispute in your local jurisdiction.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated"
date will be revised. Continued use of the Services after changes
are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms
