Nail Printer Setup Requirements — V11 Bench and X12.5 Wall

Updated 2026-08-25 · Official and only North American distributor of O'2Nails digital nail printers.

Short answerV11 wants a steady bench and the same Wi-Fi as your phone. X12.5 wants a planned wall or cabinet and a person who was trained.

Nail printer setup requirements

You do not need a construction permit. You need a stable surface, power, and a place the hand can rest without hovering.

V11 — mobile / bench

  • Footprint around the size of a small instrument amp, not a copier.
  • Power: the V11 uses a DC adapter (not a mystery battery-only toy). Read the insert in the box.
  • Phone or tablet on the same Wi-Fi as the machine for the app.
  • A chair height where the client is not shrugging their shoulder for ten nails.

X12.5 — salon station

  • Wall-hang or cabinet-embed. Plan the stud or the cabinet before the freight day.
  • 10.1" screen is on the unit — staff do not need to find a phone.
  • Weight is 9.7 kg. This is not a "set it on a folding table and hope" machine.
  • Training and 90-day onboarding ship with the salon machine. Use them.
