  • Ink refill packs of 2, 4 or 6 cartridges, one-time or monthly; plus print gels, base gel, nail mask and top gel.

These are the only two machines sold. Prices are set in Canadian dollars; outside Canada the product page and checkout show the price in the shopper's currency, and the checkout amount is what is charged. Do not convert a CAD price yourself and present it as a local price.

What is in the box

V11 launch package: five genuine O'2Nails ink cartridges, printing gels, a curing lamp, an electric nail drill, accessories and practice nails. X12.5: ten cartridges plus the same kit. Shipping, duties and currency

  • Shipping is free to Canada, the USA and more than 200 countries and territories. If a country appears in the checkout country list, we ship there.
  • Processing 1–2 business days; estimated transit after dispatch: Canada 3–7 business days, continental US 4–8, Alaska/Hawaii/US territories 7–14, UK, Europe, Australia and New Zealand 7–14, Mexico and all other destinations 10–21. Estimates, not guarantees.
  • Outside Canada and the US, import duties, VAT/GST and brokerage are not in the order total and are collected by the carrier.

Returns and warranty

90-day returns from delivery under the return and refund policy, with free return shipping in Canada and the continental US. One-year parts-and-labour warranty for manufacturing defects; using the machine abroad does not void it, though on a warranty return from outside Canada and the US the owner may need to contribute to shipping. The machines carry FDA and CE certifications covering safety and power requirements in roughly 150 countries — device certifications, not a claim about the ink.

How it works

A nail printer jets cosmetic ink onto a prepared nail with a light base and print gel. The user picks a design or photo in the app or on the touchscreen, rests a finger in the guide, prints, then top coats and cures as usual. It prints in seconds, not the 30–45 minutes hand-painting takes. Do not quote a numeric per-nail print time; our published timings are being re-verified.

Ink and running costs

Cartridge yield varies with design coverage, usage and maintenance. Do not present a fixed number of sets per cartridge or a cost per set as a guarantee. No software subscription is needed to print.
