Nail printer UK: what you are actually buying
A nail printer machine prints a photo, logo or design straight onto a prepared nail. You prep the nail, choose the design, rest the finger in the guide and the machine prints it; you then top coat and cure as you already do. It prints in seconds, not the 30–45 minutes freehand art takes, which is why UK salons and mobile techs sell it as a premium add-on rather than a separate appointment.
We sell two machines, and only two. The O'2Nails V11 is compact and app-controlled from an iPhone or Android phone — right for mobile techs, home studios, events and anyone testing demand. Is it legal to offer printed nails in a UK salon?
Printed nail art sits on top of a normal gel or polish service, so it follows the same rules as the nail service it is part of. Licensing for nail services varies by local council in the UK — check yours if you are opening a new treatment room. Printing a client's own photo is fine; printing a brand logo or a cartoon character for sale is a licensing question, covered in logos, characters and photos.
Returns and warranty from the UK — the honest part
You have 90 days from delivery to decide whether the machine belongs in your service menu. The prepaid return label in our policy covers Canada and the continental US only, so UK buyers should email hello@nailprinter.ca before sending a return so we can arrange it with you. The 1-year warranty repair itself is free — parts and labour — but on a warranty return from outside Canada and the US you may need to contribute to the shipping. We would rather say that here than at the worst possible moment.
Why buy from the official distributor and not a marketplace listing?
Clone and grey-market listings use the same photos. What they usually cannot give you is a warranty that someone answers, genuine ink and gels from the same channel, and a 90-day return.
