New Zealand orders follow the same terms: free tracked shipping, an estimated 7–14 business days after dispatch, checkout in your local currency where available, and GST or import charges collected on delivery. New Zealand also uses Type I sockets.
Returns and warranty from Australia
You get 90 days from delivery to test the machine in real appointments. The prepaid return label in our policy covers Canada and the continental US, so email hello@nailprinter.ca before sending a return from Australia and we will arrange it with you. Warranty repairs are free for parts and labour for one year; from outside Canada and the US the owner may need to contribute to shipping. Support is by email and online sessions from our team in Toronto.
