• Desk: "We can print a photo or a design at the end — it's $35 and about ten extra minutes. Want it on the ticket?"

• Decline: "No problem — the gel stands on its own. If you change your mind next visit, it's on the menu."
• Event: "One nail is $15, full set is a different ticket. Pick the photo first so the line moves."

Rules
