Why warranty & support decide this purchase
A nail printer is a working asset. If it goes down, the question isn’t “was it cheap” — it’s “who fixes it and how fast.” Grey-market units sold on marketplaces typically can’t have their manufacturer warranty honored in North America, and support is limited or overseas.
How long is the warranty? 1 year, parts and labour
Every machine bought from NailPrinter.ca carries a 1-year (12-month) full parts and labour warranty running from delivery. If a covered fault appears inside that year, we repair it at no cost to the owner: the part is covered, the technician’s labour is covered, and shipping both ways within Canada and the United States is covered. Warranty service is carried out by NailPrinter.ca as the official North American O’2Nails distributor — it isn’t subcontracted to whoever happens to answer.
What isn’t covered: ink cartridges and other consumables, which wear out by design and are supplies rather than parts; and accidental damage such as drops, crush damage or liquid ingress. If a machine is damaged, call us anyway — we can usually still repair it and will quote a price before doing any work.

The 90-day return, separate from the warranty
The warranty is for when the machine fails. The return is for when the machine is fine but it isn’t right for the business. Every machine comes with 90 days from delivery to return it, no questions asked, provided it comes back undamaged and complete — and we cover return shipping within Canada and the United States.
