How difficult is it to learn?
Not difficult. Your V11 comes with step-by-step video tutorials covering setup, prep, printing and finishing.
How do I control it?
From the O’2Nails app on your phone. There’s no touchscreen on the V11 itself. If you want clients choosing on the machine, look at the X12.5.
The machine is made in China. Does that matter?
It’s made by O’2Nails, and we’re the only official O'2Nails distributor for Canada and the USA. When you need help, you call us here in Ontario.
What kind of designs can I print?
Anything from the built-in design library, or any photo, such as a pet, a logo or your client’s own idea.
Do I need to be artistic?
No. The machine prints the design. Your skill goes into prep and finish, which the training covers.
What ongoing costs should I expect?
Ink cartridges plus your usual gel topcoat. Five cartridges come in the launch package and there’s no monthly software fee.
Can I actually reach a person?
Yes. Support is answered from Ontario by the people who sold you the machine.
What does shipping cost?
Free shipping on every order, worldwide. Canada and US usually 3–5 days after dispatch; UK/Europe/Australia/NZ about 7–14 business days; other countries about 10–21.
