Every order arrives in USD pricing, with import duties and state sales tax pre-collected at checkout (DDP shipping) — no broker calls, no surprise customs invoices, no held packages. Standard shipping via UPS Ground is $129 USD flat-rate, free on orders over $1,500.

Shop Pay Installments and Affirm both work for US buyers — same 4 interest-free payments or 12-month monthly plans. Manufacturer warranty is honoured in the US through our in-region service partner (RMA shipping covered both ways).

Ordering from the US — FAQ
Why buy from us instead of importing direct?
Three reasons: (1) we handle warranty claims in-region — direct importers route through China, which means months of shipping for repairs. (2) Our pricing is identical to what you'd pay sourcing direct after factoring in your own customs broker fees. (3) We pre-collect duties via DDP shipping — no surprise invoices.
Are O'2Nails printers FDA / FCC certified for US use?
Every model carries FCC ID + RoHS certifications. The print gel and top gel are EU EC1223 compliant (which exceeds FDA cosmetic standards). The cartridge ink is non-toxic and safe for nail-surface application.
How does the 45-day trial work for US buyers?
Same as buyers anywhere — try the printer in your salon for 45 days. If it doesn't work for your operation, we issue a full refund and pay return shipping back to our North American warehouse. Trial period starts the day the package arrives at your door.
Do you ship to US territories (Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, etc.)?
Yes. All 50 states + DC + PR + USVI + Guam. Hawaii and Alaska have a $50 surcharge on standard shipping due to the air-freight requirement. Email us if you're outside the contiguous 48 — we'll quote within 1 business day.
Tax — do I pay state sales tax?
Yes — Shopify automatically calculates and collects state sales tax based on your shipping address. We remit to each state directly. The tax rate appears at checkout before you confirm the order.
Can I use Shop Pay or Affirm for US orders?
Yes. Shop Pay Installments works on every order over $50 USD (4 interest-free payments). Affirm offers 3, 6, and 12-month financing on orders $150–$17,500. Both are available at the same checkout step as everyone else.
