Nail printer technology
A nail printer is a photo-grade inkjet. It scans the nail, fits a design, and lays ink at about 2400 DPI. The V11 does that in ~30 seconds per nail. The X12.5 in ~38 seconds per nail. The tech still preps and caps. The machine does the picture.
What the hardware actually is
- Scan + fit. The outline of this nail, not a generic sticker sheet.
- Inkjet pass. One print, then top coat. It is not a UV "laser" and not a vinyl cutter.
- SM10 cartridges. Same family on both machines we sell. Mystery Amazon ink is how you buy a paperweight.
- Control. V11 is iOS / Android app. X12.5 is 10.1" on-device Android touchscreen.
