Launch packages and training
The V11 launch package includes five genuine O’2Nails ink cartridges; the X12.5 package includes ten. Both include printing gels, a curing lamp, an electric nail drill, accessories and practice nails, plus step-by-step video tutorials and a 30-minute onboarding call. Review your chosen product for the current package and any agreed extras.
Shipping destinations and cost
Standard shipping is free to the worldwide destinations we serve. Confirm your address at checkout. Delivery windows are estimates after dispatch, not guaranteed arrival dates. Outside Canada and the United States, import duties, taxes and brokerage may be collected separately by the carrier. Read the shipping policy for destination-specific estimates and conditions.
The shipping policy currently estimates 1–2 business days for processing; transit after dispatch is 3–7 business days in Canada, 4–8 in the continental U.S., and longer for other destinations. Read the policy for the full regional list.
Trial and warranty
Both machines have a 90-day trial from delivery, subject to the return and refund policy, and a one-year parts-and-labour warranty for manufacturing defects. Free trial-return shipping applies within Canada and the continental United States under the return policy. Review the conditions before purchasing.
Ink and cost per client
Budget for genuine SM10 ink, the required preparation and finishing products, practice and repeat prints, and technician time. Cartridge yield varies with design coverage, usage and maintenance. Do not present 70 ten-nail sets per cartridge as a guaranteed yield. Do not reuse a historical cost-per-set figure without its pack price, currency, date and assumptions. A forecast is not a measured salon result.
