That is a deliberately long window because we would rather you take three months to find out this works in your business than sign something in an hour.

Every machine carries a one-year warranty covering both parts and labour. If it fails within that year, it is repaired at no cost to the owner. Because we deal with the factory directly, replacement parts can usually be sourced within days rather than the weeks a grey-market seller would need.

Every buyer is automatically enrolled in a 10-week live online onboarding course — 10 live classes, run monthly, roughly 12 hours of training in total. On top of that you get two one-hour one-on-one sessions, redeemable whenever you want them. The curriculum covers setup, maintenance, replacing ink, the app, uploading and loading designs, printing on human nails, and printing on clip-ons and press-ons. You also get direct phone access to our team.

What are the honest caveats?
- Territory is a commercial practice, not a legal monopoly. We will tell you if your area is taken, and we will tell you if it is taken later.
- There is a learning curve. That is precisely why the training is 10 weeks and not a PDF.
- The X12.5 is self-service, not unsupervised. You still want a person nearby for questions.
- Machines are made overseas. Parts come from the factory. Our direct relationship is what compresses that into days — but it is not a warehouse next door.
