Affiliate program — 10% lifetime commission

How it works

  • 10% commission on every order a customer you refer ever places — not just their first one. Cartridges, Nail Guard refills, future printer upgrades. Lifetime.
  • 30-day cookie window on the click. If they come back from a different device and check out within 30 days, the commission still tracks to you.
  • Monthly payouts via PayPal or e-Transfer once you clear $50 in earned commission.

Subscribe & save 10% on consumables

The printer is the one-time purchase. Cartridges and Nail Guard stickers are the bottle-of-shampoo. Set it once, never run out mid-client, save a tenth on every refill.

How it works

  • 10% off every shipment, automatically. No code to remember.
  • Choose your cadence — every 60, 90, or 120 days. Most salons land on 90.
  • Pause, skip, or cancel any time from your account — no phone calls, no cancellation fees.
  • Eligible items: FM10 cartridges (all colours), Peelable Nail Guard stickers, Smart Color Mixing Pen ink refills, Three-Minute Extension nail tips.
The math: A salon doing ~30 prints a day burns through one FM10 cartridge every 3–4 weeks and a roll of Nail Guard stickers every 6 weeks. At list price that’s ~$340/quarter. On Subscribe & Save it’s ~$306/quarter — about $136 saved per year, no thinking required.

Why we built this

Most equipment sellers price the machine cheap and gouge you on consumables. We’d rather you stay loyal for the next five years of cartridges than squeeze you on year one. The discount comes out of our margin — the ink is the same as we sell at full price on the same product page.

Salon buy-back guarantee — double your add-on revenue or we refund the printer

The pitch we hear most often from salon owners: “I believe the math, but I’m worried my techs won’t use it.’’ Fine. We’ll eat that risk for you.

The promise: If your salon doesn’t at least 2× its custom-art add-on revenue in the 90 days after delivery — measured against the 90 days before — we buy the printer back. Full refund of the printer price. We pay return shipping. No restock fee.

How it works

  • Eligible printers: X11 Plus, X12.5, V12, and the Salon Starter Kit (any package $1,499+).
  • Eligible buyers: licensed nail salons in Canada or the US with at least one full-time tech and a current POS or booking system that records ticket data.
  • Set the baseline: at delivery, you submit 90 days of pre-purchase add-on revenue numbers (we’ll send a 1-page form). That’s the “before.”
  • 90-day window: we set a calendar reminder. At day 90, you submit the “after” numbers from the same source.
  • Didn’t hit 2×? Email us. We confirm the numbers, refund the printer in full, and arrange a return pickup. You keep any cartridges and stickers you opened — on us.

Why we can offer this

In two years of selling printers to salons, the ones who didn’t end up doubling add-on revenue almost always either (a) never finished onboarding their team, or (b) didn’t price the service. Both are fixable. So when you take this guarantee, we don’t just ship you a box — we book a 30-minute team-onboarding call in week one and a pricing-strategy call in week three. We genuinely don’t want you to claim the buy-back, and we earn that by helping you not need to.

Salon-tech referral — $50 to the tech who refers their owner

The most trusted recommendation in nails comes from the next chair over. If you’re a tech and you talk a salon owner into ordering a NailPrinter — whether it’s your own salon, the salon down the street, or a friend across the country — we send you $50 the day their order ships.

How it works

  • You are a working nail tech (employed, contractor, booth rental, or mobile — doesn’t matter).
  • Tell the salon owner about us. When they email or call to order, they mention your name and salon at checkout (there’s a “Who referred you?” field on the order form, and we always ask on the phone).
  • Their order ships — any printer, $797 or up.
  • We e-Transfer you $50 within 5 business days, to the email you give us. (Or we can send a $75 NailPrinter store credit instead, if you’d rather use it on cartridges or a Color Mixing Pen for yourself.)

Why this exists

The single highest-trust pitch a NailPrinter ever gets is one tech telling another tech — or telling their boss — “I’ve actually used this, here’s what the workflow looks like, here’s the part I was wrong about.” That’s worth more to us than any ad. So we’d rather pay you for it than Meta.

Fine print: One referral fee per qualifying order. The order has to actually ship and pass the 45-day trial window (i.e. not be returned). You can refer as many salons as you want — each shipped order is its own $50. Stackable with the affiliate program above if you also have a public channel (different role, both pay).

  • A direct line — you walk away with our team’s direct mobile number. If the printer ever has a hardware issue or you have a strategic question six months from now, you text and get an answer the same day.
  • Shortcut to the team-onboarding call — we’ll book your tech’s training in the same conversation if you want.
  • Honest pushback — if our team thinks the X12.5 is more printer than you actually need, they’ll say so on the call. We’d rather sell you the right machine and keep you for ten years than upsell you and lose you in three.
Why we do this: a $2,000+ buyer isn’t signing up for a transaction — they’re signing up for a piece of equipment they’re going to use every working day for years. That deserves a conversation, not a chatbot.
