How is the $4K Launch Intensive different from Print Studio Membership?
Print Studio ($49/mo) is self-serve — you get the design library, training videos, and a monthly group Q&A. The $4K Launch Intensive is hands-on, done-with-you over 60 days — eight 1:1 calls, a custom menu and pricing built for your market, staff training plan, launch promo, and Slack/WhatsApp access. Print Studio teaches you. Launch Intensive builds it with you.
Why is the Mastermind $10K and the Partnership $20K?
The Mastermind is six months of bi-weekly 1:1 plus a small-group hot-seat — six seats per cohort, application-only. The Private Partnership is twelve months of weekly senior advisory, an on-site visit, custom strategic work, and a direct line with no queue. Different time commitment, different access, different scope.
Are higher tiers really application-only?
Yes. We turn down candidates who aren't a fit — usually because the operator hasn't run a real business long enough, or because the work they need isn't what we do. The application is short. The conversation that follows is honest. You'll know within a week whether we're a fit.
Do you guarantee results or revenue?
No. These are coaching and advisory services. We're not making income or ROI claims — your results depend on your market, your team, and the work you put in. We've helped operators turn a $5,000 machine into a meaningful service line. We've also worked with operators who didn't act on the playbook and didn't get traction. We can show you the work; we can't do the work for you.
Do I need a printer to join?
Print Studio Membership: helpful but not required — most members own a printer or are buying one. Launch Intensive, Mastermind, and Private Partnership: yes — you already own a NailPrinter or are buying one in the next 30 days. The coaching is built around the machine; without it, the work is theoretical.
Can I cancel? Are there refunds?
Print Studio Membership: cancel anytime from your account; you keep access through the end of the paid month. The $4K / $10K / $20K tiers are one-time engagements paid up front; we don't issue refunds once the engagement starts. We do offer a 14-day window after the kickoff call to step back at no further cost if it's clearly not the right fit — that has happened twice in two years.
Is coaching a tax-deductible business expense?
Generally yes — every tier is a B2B coaching/advisory service for your nail-art business. Your accountant has the final word; we provide clean invoices so you have the receipts.
What if the Mastermind cohort is full?
