Three structured 30-minute calls over 90 days that walk you through launching the X12.5 inside your salon: pricing the service, training your staff, announcing it to customers, and reviewing the first month of operation.

Whats covered on each call?

Call 1: launch plan and service-menu pricing. Call 2: staff training walkthrough and operational handoff. Call 3: 30-day review, content audit, and pricing adjustments based on actual results.

Whos on the calls?

You (the salon owner) plus a NailPrinter launch specialist. We recommend including your senior nail tech for Call 2.

Is it included in the X12.5 bundle?

Yes — all three calls are bundled with every X12.5 salon order. Standalone consulting (without the machine) is available; contact us for pricing.

What if I miss a call?

All calls are scheduled directly with you. We reschedule freely within the 90-day window. Calls are recorded so you and your staff can re-watch.
